PHOTO BASIC

THE NOT-SO-FINE PRINT

None of the packages above include delivery of RAW (unedited) photos. We will always strive to deliver the best-of-the-best, and RAW images remain the property of Mike Juliano Creative Services, LLC.

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking in order to secure the date. The remaining payments will be in 25% increments, 60 days prior, 30 days prior, and upon delivery of purchased services.

Cameraperson/people will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to event start at no charge to begin setup. However, if photos or video are requested prior to the agreed-upon start time, the start time will be adjusted to reflect the first shot.

Any extra time beyond the allotted 4-hours will be based on availability and will be discussed with the client before continuing.

Cancellations made earlier than 14 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any fees paid excluding the initial 25% nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to the event will result in a 50% refund of the total cost. Cancellations made with less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Refunds based on "Act-of-God" events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
